We decided we would go with workshops lasting an hour to two hours in different community centers across Brooklyn. Before hosting big events we will need to test our audience and understand what works and what doesn't, what's useful and what isn't. Here are a few potential workshops we've landed on.

Workshops

1. Setting up a Coinbase Account: 1 hour

2. Cover Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Stablecoins: 1 hour, 30 minutes

3. Tax Implications of selling short term, long term, and losses: 1 hour, 30 minutes

4. Setting up a Coinbase Wallet: 1 hour

5. Earning Interest on stable coins with Compound with Coinbase Wallet: 1 hour

6. Tax Implications of earning interest with Crypto: 1 hour

7. Becoming your own bank and borrowing against your crypto or stable coins: 1 hour, 30 minutes

8. Introduce Polygon Matic: 30 minutes

9. MetaMask Setup: 1 hour

• Community Boards

Marketing

• Target local business owners. They may have the capital to make moves and be unaware of the technology.
• Ask community boards if they have a network we can contact about our events. Like email threads and such.
• Date - specific day, why are we picking iMaterials for people to walk away with. Pamphlet on their wallet.
• A set up to stream content.
• Maybe a discount for taxes by working with local accountants.
